For a product to be covered by insurance and be determined as medically necessary, your provider must document your diagnosis and current health conditions. According to insurance guidelines, each product has specific criteria that must be met in order to be determined as medically necessary.

 

For custom and complex mobility, our Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) will conduct an evaluation with your provider to determine the best chair based on your diagnosis, overall health, and lifestyle.
